I started with Noel in January this year and I could not recommend him enough for anyone looking to improve and focus on their running.  Noel is a very dedicated and knowledgeable individual that is always available for advice and steering you in the right direction. But more than that he is sound and very easy to chat with.  I was very much a casual runner when I joined Noel with a best of 24 minutes for 5km and 52 minutes for 10km.  I am now down to 21 minutes for 5km and 46 minutes for 10km. I am after completing my first half marathon and I am now in training for my first marathon next month, definitely not possible without the support and structure that I get from Noel and his weekly plans. I couldn’t recommend Noel enough for runners of any level.

So I wanted to gain back my fitness by getting back into my running. I could never manage to get myself into it so a friend of mine recommended Noel and that he would create an easy plan to help me get back my love for running. I got in contact with Noel, it was as if he knew exactly what I wanted and so he created a nice and simple weekly plan, which made it so easy and enjoyable for me to gain back my fitness and love for running. Each week I grew more fitter and Noel was always there every week to help me if I came into any problems with achieving my weekly plans. Whats great is that I would recommend you to someone new to running just as fast as an experienced runner. Running is a tough sport so I think being held accountable to a plan really boosts the motivation.

When i decided to improve my running, I sourced a coach, that Coach was Noel. I could tell from our very fist conversation that he understood what i was trying to get out of myself. The plans i get form Noel are practical and thorough, always with the end goal in mind. A big plus for me working with Noel, is the frequency of communication and his willingness to listen to your thoughts or concerns.

I could not recommend Noel as a coach highly enough. If you are willing to work hard your efforts will be met with the same level of commitment and enthusiasm from Noel. If you want to improve your running no matter what level, I would strongly recommend engaging Noel's services.

I started training with Noel 6 months ago. I was in a rut running wise, always running the same distance at the same pace, expecting improvements and seeing none. Noel devised a training plan that took into account my work /home commitments, gave me a sense of accountability and set clear targets for me to train towards. I have achieved PB's for 5km, 10km and half marathon distances, which l am absolutely delighted with. I whole heartedly credit Noel with this. While, at times l may have doubted my abilities, Noels knowledge, experience and enthusiasm have helped me achieve my goals, and set new ones. I would absolutely recommend Noel as a Running Coach.

I decided to focus on improving my running during lockdown and, after some running coach research, I decided to look to Noel for support. In less than 6 months, my times over 5km & 10km have improved by +15% and we continue to chip away at these distances alongside the aim of building up to longer distances over time.

I came to Noel over 4 years ago and asked him would he help me with a training plan for a 5k. What followed over the next 4 years was a complete change in lifestyle and mindset. In my first 5k I ran 23 minute and now my PB is 17.15. He has also coached me to 1.19 in the half marathon and 2.56 in the marathon which I never thought would be possible.
